Visit safely

Dear participants,

We would like to give you details of the precautionary hygiene measures implemented during the coronavirus epidemic. We follow the recommendations of the government for organisers of guided tours closely.

It is not necessary to have a Covid Safe Ticket to follow our guided tours and our events.

Before the guided tour and/or the event:

• You must book your places in advance.
• You may book and pay online via our website, or you may book by telephone and pay by bank transfer.
• We would prefer you to show your electronic ticket on your phone to the guide, rather than a printed ticket. 
• Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the guided tour is due to start and show your ticket to the guide or to the welcome host. 
• Please wash your hands with the hand sanitiser gel provided.
• Please bring a facemask with you and wear it during the guided tour. If you forget your facemask, you will be able to buy one from the guide or the welcome host. 
• Please ensure you keep 1m50 axay from other people while you wait outside the building for the tour to start.

During the guided tour and/or the event:

• Please follow the instructions given by the guide. Failure to do so will result in you being asked to leave the tour. 
• Please ensure you keep 1m50 away from other people when inside the building. 
• Please ensure you wear your facemask throughout the tour (only mandatory inside).
• Please do not touch the walls, mouldings or wall panels.
• Please try to avoid touching doors, staircase handrails etc. with your bare hands.

After the guided tour and/or the event:

• Please wash your hands with the hand sanitiser gel provided. 
• Please ensure you keep 1m50 away from other people as you leave the building.
